ERP consultants who will tell you which platform is wrong for you.
ERP programmes are won or lost long before go-live — in selection, in scoping, and in the master-data work everyone underestimates. We are not a reseller for anyone, so the recommendation you get is the one we actually believe.
ERP & Business Systems
Across the full programme lifecycle
Working alongside your team rather than around it, with deliverable standards you can hold us to at every phase — whichever platform you land on.
Selection & advisory
Requirements, fit assessment and a costed comparison across the major platforms. We hold no reseller agreements, so nothing steers the answer except what your operation needs.
Implementation
Configuration, custom development, data migration and cutover — planned in waves and rehearsed before the real thing, not attempted for the first time on the night.
Integration
ERP to the rest of your estate: cloud platforms, warehouses, shop-floor and field systems, third-party applications, and the AI systems that need clean, governed access to business data.
Application maintenance
Ongoing support, enhancement and release management under agreed service levels, with knowledge retained rather than rebuilt every quarter.
What you get
Programmes that do not depend on us staying
Every engagement ends with your team able to operate what we built. Documentation, runbooks and training are deliverables, not afterthoughts.
- Documented configuration decisions and the reasoning behind each one.
- Rehearsed cutovers with rollback plans, not a first attempt on the night.
- Clean master data handled as its own workstream, because it is where these programmes actually slip.
- Integration contracts other teams can build against without asking us.
- Knowledge transfer to your team as a scheduled deliverable in every phase.

Where your business systems stand today, what a modernisation path would cost and take, and what to do first. Delivered as a document your board can actually read.
Questions we get asked
Straight answers
Which ERP platform do you recommend?
Whichever one fits — and sometimes the answer is the one you already have, configured properly. We are vendor-neutral and hold no reseller agreements, which means we have nothing to gain from steering you toward a particular licence.
Is a full re-implementation always necessary?
No, and we will say so when the numbers do not support it. A surprising share of ‘we need a new ERP’ conversations turn out to be integration and master-data problems wearing a costume.
Can you support a system someone else implemented?
Yes. That is most of our maintenance work. It starts with a discovery phase to document what is actually configured, which is rarely what the original documentation claims.
How do you handle ERP data for AI projects?
Carefully — governed extraction into a data platform, with lineage and access controls, rather than direct model access to production. Our AI and ERP practices are the same team, which is the main reason this works.
